A bubbly, fruit-forward refresher with all the sparkle β and none of the alcohol.
β¨ Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 teaspoons Peachy Bellini Organic White Tea

16 oz (2 cups) filtered water (heated to 175β185Β°F)

1/4 cup peach nectar or peach puree (chilled)

1β2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, to taste)

6 oz sparkling water or club soda (chilled)

Ice

Fresh mint and peach slices for garnish
π« Brew the Tea

Steep the Peachy Bellini tea in hot water for 3β4 minutes.

Remove the leaves and let it cool completely (speed this up by placing in the fridge).
πΉ Assemble the Mocktail

In a cocktail shaker or glass, combine the cooled tea, peach nectar, and sweetener (if using). Stir or shake with ice until chilled.

Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
